The head chef at Les Belles Lettres restaurant, Nicolas THIBAUT, serves up inventive, seasonal French cuisine. Drawing inspiration from his roots in Dijon and his extensive professional experience in France and abroad (Lyon, Le Touquet, Switzerland and the Caribbean, amongst others), he enjoys adding his own personal touch to this French cuisine, which he adores for its culinary diversity.
Driven by a commitment to sustainability and a deep respect for the local terroir, its bistronomic cuisine showcases local producers through gourmet, creative and well-balanced dishes, featuring carefully selected meats, high-quality fish and vegetarian options.

Breakfast
TO DELIGHT EVERY PALATE
Start your day gently with our breakfast buffet, served on weekdays from 6.30 am to 10.00 am in the lounge Daydreams, at a price of €19.
Designed to cater for every taste, our generous buffet showcases a varied selection of gourmet treats: crispy pastries, cereals, homemade cakes, a selection of cold meats, baskets of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, fruit juices and hot drinks.
For those in a hurry or just looking for a light bite, an express breakfast option is also available at the bar for €8.
On sunny days, make the most of this relaxing moment by enjoying our terrace, which is open from morning until evening, and savour a moment in the open air.
Le Bar Alizarine

The Alizarine bar invites you to extend the experience in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Cocktails, carefully selected spirits, distinctive whiskies, hot drinks and refreshments make up a menu designed for every occasion. Whether as an aperitif or at the end of the evening, each glass can be savoured as a convivial interlude, imbued with pleasure and refinement.
