The head chef at Les Belles Lettres restaurant, Nicolas THIBAUT, serves up inventive, seasonal French cuisine. Drawing inspiration from his roots in Dijon and his extensive professional experience in France and abroad (Lyon, Le Touquet, Switzerland and the Caribbean, amongst others), he enjoys adding his own personal touch to this French cuisine, which he adores for its culinary diversity.

Start your day gently with our breakfast buffet, served on weekdays from 6.30 am to 10.00 am in the lounge Daydreams, at a price of âŹ19.
Designed to cater for every taste, our generous buffet showcases a varied selection of gourmet treats: crispy pastries, cereals, homemade cakes, a selection of cold meats, baskets of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, fruit juices and hot drinks.
